HOT YOGA

Stimulate and restore health to every muscle, joint and organ in your body while detoxifying. We offer beginner yoga, Classic Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Flow. *Must have valid Hot Yoga Membership

SPIN

Classes offer high energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Participants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and bike tension with the guidance of an instructor.

BOXING & COMBAT BOXING

Warm up, move, punch, kick, add a little speed to the mix and push yourself like no other workout! You will spend one hour boxing and perfecting every move weekly in order to take your workout to new levels.

CARDIO KICK

A combination of aerobics and boxing. An intense total and complete body workout to improve aerobic fitness coordination and balance.

MUSCLE MAX

Pinpoint various key muscles and concentrate on developing and strengthening hard to target areas. A definite challenge to your strength and endurance.

CARDIO SCULPT

A combination of cardio and strength training exercises designed to tighten, tone and sculpt your body.

STEP AND ABS

Push your limits by using an elevated platform with adjustable risers and personalise your workout to your individual needs. Finish off the last portion of the class with an intense abdominal workout.

POWER ABS

Feel the burn in your deepest abdominal muscles! Streamline your waist and attain that desired lean and firm midsection.

CIRCUIT BOOTCAMP

You will move from one exercise to another with very little or no rest. In BOOT CAMP, your challenge is to take your entire body to its limit. Work, sweat and burn calories like never before!

YOGA

Spend an hour learning how to strengthen, stretch, relax and reach new bodies with your mind and body. Not only are you training your body but you will learn how to train your mind. Feel the freedom.
